What is your reason WHY?
Why is it you do what you do? What is it that fuels you to reach toward your goals? Taking a moment to remind yourself of your “why” can be so powerful in giving you that extra push forward when you feel your motivation dropping.
I’d like to share with you why it is I became a coach. * I want to help others achieve health and success in all areas of their lives. I will not sit back and watch someone’s health decline when I know there is something that can be done. I am on a mission to educate! We are all connected on this earth and if there are more people feeling happy and healthy the entire world will benefit. I took this opportunity so I can live a life by my design. This means sharing health and fitness with as many people as possible, motivating others, creating more free time to be with my family and friends, traveling the world and being completely debt free!
